How long will it take to complete the repairs?

We will advise of an estimated completion date once the vehicle is booked in for repair.

Will a courtesy car be available while my vehicle is in for repair?

We have an extensive courtesy car fleet and will always endeavour to keep you mobile.

I am not sure if I should make a claim through my insurance or pay for repairs myself?

Pop in and see us, we will talk you through the most cost-effective and simplest solution.

I have never claimed on my insurance and am unsure what to do?

Do I need to book for an estimate and is there a charge?

Estimates are free and a booking is not needed.

What paint will you use on my vehicle and is it approved by the Vehicle Manufacturer?

We have a long-standing partnership with “Spies Hecker” paint. Their products are approved by all vehicle manufacturers.
